OPERATIONS


SITE ENGINEERS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Engineering (Civil, Electrical and Mechanical) or equivalent.
  • At least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably 1-4 years experienced specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
  • Has exposure on construction industry.
  • Project management skills, negotiation skills, organization skills and a methodical approach to work.
  • Willing to be assigned in these site locations – Iloilo, Boracay, Tagaytay and Laguna.

ELECTRICAL DESIGN ENGINEER

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree of Electrical Engineering
  • Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
  • Required skills: MS Office, AutoCad.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in Electrical Design and Auxiliary is required for this position.

QUALITY CONTROL ENGINEERS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree on Civil, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.
  • Must have good oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be detailed oriented, with strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, prioritize work load, and work independently to meet commitments.
  • Willing to be assigned at site locations.

INTERIOR DESIGNER (Head Office and Site-Based)

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Interior Design or equivalent.
  • Handled major projects in construction/engineering industry.
  • Knowledge in Sketch Up and AutoCad is a plus.

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Architecture.
  • Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam)
  • Has expertise in horizontal and vertical construction
  • Required Skils: Auto CAD, Revit Architecture

PROJECT IN CHARGE

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
  • Licensed Civil Engineer
  • Demonstrate multi-tasking ability, can set and meet deadline, analytical and strategic thinker.
  • With strong management leadership and people management skills.

PROJECT COORDINATORS

BUILDING ENGINEER

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Licensed Mechanical Engineering.
  • With at least 2 years’ experience specializing property management.
  • Specialization: Testing and commissioning of equipment.

ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking specializing in General/Cost accounting.
  • With at least 2 years working experience in supervisory position required in this role; CPA licensed preferred but not required.
  • Team player, flexible and very good people skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office application.
